The role involves being the first point of contact for customers, handling queries and complaints, and taking a high volume of calls. Job Description:Customer service advisor
Location – Middlesborough – some home working available after a qualifying period
Start date – Several start dates throughout January and February 2024
Hours – full time, 37.5 hours between 7am-11pm Monday-Sunday
The role:
- As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be first point of contact for our clients’ customers.
- Dealing with a variety of queries, escalations and complaints.
- Taking between 70 – 90 calls a day – some can be very quick.
- You will be a keen listener, hearing customers queries, offering immediate solutions, managing their objections to come to a resolution or escalating where necessary.
- You will effectively solve queries to come to a suitable solution for customers and the client.
