The role involves updating the CRM system, providing customer service by managing sales leads, and generating reports to support sales efforts. Job Introduction
We are looking for a CRM Co-ordinator to provide essential support to the CRM Project Manager and sales teams, ensuring that accurate data is provided to drive business efficiency. In this role, you will play a key part in creating a market-leading CRM management system, with a primary focus on national and regional sales pipelines, supported by Glenigan insights and information.

Key Responsibilities
Accurately input and update information within the CRM system.
Provide excellent customer service by supplying accurate sales leads and ensuring they are set up correctly in our systems.
Maintain high data quality through regular cleansing, deduplication, and enrichment.
Manage user access and permissions to the CRM system.
Assist with CRM-related projects and initiatives.
Generate reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to support the sales team.
Report on weekly and monthly activity, including leads generated and assigned.
Research, track, maintain, and update leads in the database.
Conduct customer research to identify potential opportunities.
Provide accurate and timely information and reporting to management.
Ensure all department procedures are maintained, updated, and documented.
Foster clear communication between Credit Control, Operational Management, Sales Management, and the Branch network.
The Ideal Candidate
Excellent administration skills with a focus on accuracy.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Excellent attention to detail with a methodical approach.
Ability to work closely with both internal and external sales teams, building strong working relationships.
Educated to a reasonable level, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
A team player with a high level of dedication.
Experience in the tool hire industry would be an advantage but is not essential.
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and CRM Management tools.
