CRM Administrator (15Month FTC)

We are working with a well-established, exciting and inspiring organisation based in Warwick to join as CRM Administrator on a 5 months fixed-term contract.

As a CRM Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficiency, performance, and continuous improvement of the CRM system. Your primary focus will be on maintaining the UK CRM system, offering training to users, resolving issues, and collaborating with the Group CREM team on strategic projects. While CRM experience is not mandatory, a background in administration is beneficial.

Key Responsibilitiesof a CRM Administrator:

  • Implement and provide training on Microsoft Dynamics CRM software releases biannually.
  • Conduct face-to-face or virtual (Teams) training sessions for all users, totalling over 100 employees.
  • Maintain and update CRM training materials, including manuals, videos, and presentations.
  • Analytically police the CRM system to ensure up-to-date company information and data migration.
  • Address and resolve challenges related to CRM data, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Provide induction CRM training for all new employees.
  • Act as the first point of contact for all local CRM-related issues, providing timely resolutions.
  • Produce monthly and ad hoc CRM reports, contributing to business performance evaluation.
  • Build and maintain CRM activity and project dashboards for teams and individuals as required.
  • Promote positive working relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including colleagues, Front-Line Sales Managers (FLSMs), and the Executive team.
  • Work closely with FLSMs to ensure they have access to key reports and data necessary for steering their teams effectively.
  • Implement and maintain the integration between CRM and SAP systems.
  • Implement, maintain, and review customer ratings within CRM to ensure data hygiene.

Qualifications and Skillsof a CRM Administrator:

  • CRM administration is required but administrative experience is preferred.
  • Strong communication and training skills.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics CRM (training will be provided).
