60Job Description:We are looking for a dynamic individual who will support the development of the 3 BEH Crisis Prevention House’s (CPH’S) in line with the aims of the North London Mental Health Partnership Clinical Strategy for Crisis & Emergency Services.
We are looking for an individual passionate about helping service users in crisis access the right support and is interested in leading clinical developments across the trust. This is an exciting opportunity to ensure all crisis prevention houses in BEH offer high quality care that is consistent, innovative and holistic.
The CPH clinical lead post has been established to ensure that there is a unified, consistent offer of care across the 3 crisis prevention houses in BEH. The post holder will review the existing provision and model (staffing and clinical) for the 3 houses and make recommendations for future developments. The clinical lead will provide leadership, identifying and sharing best practice amongst the houses. They will provide support for the house managers, although will not provide direct line management. The post holder will ensure service users presenting in crisis who are referred to the houses will receive access to mental health support, by working in partnership and sharing knowledge. The role will provide strategic and tactical input into clinical development within the sectors working with the ICS, acute providers, and other partner organisations to develop and enhance the care provided in the sector. One key aspect of the role will be to strengthen the care pathway between crisis café’s in the three boroughs and the crisis houses.

The partnership between Barnet, Enfield and Haringey Mental Health NHS Trust (BEH) and Camden and Islington NHS Foundation Trust (C&I) is going from strength to strength since it was originally established in 2021 forming the North London Mental Health Partnership.
In order to meet the needs of the new Partnership services you may be required from time to time to work at different locations to your normal place of work. This may mean that you are required to work at any location that fall under Barnet, Enfield and Harringay Trust and Camden and Islington Trust. The Trust reserves the right to require staff to work at such other places or locations as it considers reasonable and necessary on a temporary or permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities :

· Review of existing crisis prevention house pathway
· Review and development of a single crisis team operational policy with standardised procedures across NLMHP. Supporting services to prepare and deliver care
· Make strategic and operational recommendations for crisis houses across the North London Mental Health Partnership
· Creating a standardised open access model of referral including self-referral to drive crisis prevention through the crisis houses.
· Develop and improve the working relationship between the crisis houses and other services
· Raise the profile of the crisis houses in the local community, ensuring referrals and admissions come for a wide range of sources
