119Job Description:My client is recruiting for a credit controller to join them on a permanent basis.
The duties will include but not be limited to
- Checking customer’s credit and approving or denying it
- Negotiating payment plans and setting up payment terms and conditions
- Setting up repayments plans when necessary
- Ensuring customers pay on time and charging interest when necessary
- Starting legal proceedings if clients do not pay their debts on time
- Maintaining accurate records
