The role of Contract Manager offers an exciting opportunity with a prominent residential developer in Oxford and Berkshire. The successful candidate will oversee multiple traditional build housing schemes, which vary in size from 50 to over 250 units. They will be responsible for managing a team of Project and Site Managers to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard. Currently, the client has eight live sites, which include both private and housing association projects.
