As the Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for all commercial aspects of projects, ensuring successful financial completion and protecting the company from financial risks. Responsibilities:
- Tendering and Pre-Contract Activities
- Start Up of New Projects
- Procurement
- Applications for Payment and Invoicing
- Cost Control
- Accounting and Reporting
- Risk and Opportunity Management
- Subcontract Administration
- Manage the close out of projects
Skills:
- Experience in a similar role with a tier one contractor
- P22 experience desirable
- BSc Quantity Surveying or equivalent
- Professional Institution Membership – preferred working to or achieved MRICS
- CSCS
- Relevant driving licence
