In this role, the successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload, providing strategic legal advice on a variety of commercial disputes. Key Responsibilities:
– Conducting thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
– Drafting, reviewing, and amending a range of litigation documents.
– Representing clients in court proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations.
– Advising clients on risk management and dispute resolution tactics.
– Collaborating with colleagues to ensure a cohesive approach to case management.
Essential Skills & Experience:
– A minimum of 4 years PQE in commercial litigation.
– A proven track record of successfully managing complex litigation cases.
– Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and oral.
– Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
– A current practising certificate.
