Position: CNC Turner Operator
Location: Fife
Experience: No prior experience required – Training provided!
Career Path: Progress to Experienced CNC Turner/Setter after training
Qualities: Ambitious, eager to learn, passionate, and keen to develop new skills

Key Responsibilities:

As a CNC Turner Operator, you will be responsible for:

• Operating CNC turning machines to produce small precision parts according to specifications.
• Programming, setting up, and operating CNC turning machines.
• Reading and interpreting blueprints, engineering drawings, and work orders.
• Inspecting finished parts for quality and accuracy using precision measuring instruments.
• Selecting and installing appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and tooling.
• Monitoring machine operations to ensure proper functioning and making adjustments as necessary.
• Performing routine maintenance on machines and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
