Shift: Days M – T 7:30 till 4pm, Friday 7:30 – 3pm
Overtime Available x 1.5

Job description
The role of CNC Miller, setter operator will include the following duties:
⦁ Set up and operate CNC machines to perform precision machining operations.
⦁ Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications to determine machining operations.
⦁ Select and install cutting tools, tool holders, fixtures, and work holding devices
⦁ Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and adherence to specifications.
⦁ Make adjustments to machine settings as necessary to maintain product quality.
⦁ Inspect finished products for accuracy.
⦁ Predominantly will be working on 3 axis milling machine.
⦁ Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machine performance or product quality
The ideal candidate will have:
⦁ Previous experience as a CNC Machinist or similar role
⦁ Familiarity with tooling, power tools, and hand tools used in machining operations.
⦁ Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of machining principles.
