Clinical Psychologist – neuro

Shire Healthcare is seeking a Clinical Psychologist to join an inpatient rehabilitation service in Stoke-on-Trent, focusing on adults with neurological illnesses, spinal cord injuries, and acquired brain injuries. Shire Healthcare are recruiting for a *Clinical Psychologist *to join an *inpatient rehabilitation *service supporting adults with *neurological *illness*, spinal cord injury *and *acquired Brain Injury, *based in Stoke-on-Trent.
*Role snapshot:*
The candidate appointed will undertake cognitive *assessments* and deliver specialist psychological *interventions *to support *complex *needs.
You will work within an MDT, complete *risk *assessments, facilitate staff reflective practice sessions, as well as design and deliver training.
Additionally, you will maintain high standards of Psychological Care in line with the HCPC Code of *Conduct*.
*Contract type* – permanent
*Hours* – full-time , part-time applicants may be considered
*Salary* – up to £55,000 FTE
*Experience required:*
Psychologists applying will have *HCPC* registration as a *Clinical *Psychologist along with experience working within a *neuro *setting (this could be acquired brain injury, neuro-rehab, or working with neuro-degenerative disorders.)
