Class 2 Driver

Backline Avonmouth is seeking experienced HGV Class 2 drivers for immediate start in the Bristol area. The role involves local driving with 2 to 4 drops daily, offering weekly pay of £720, with overtime opportunities. Candidates must possess a full UK Category C Licence, a valid CPC, and a Digital Tachograph Card, along with experience in load security. Key benefits include Monday to Friday work, a minimum of 9 hours paid daily, up to 28 days of holiday per year, pension contributions after a probation period, and free upskilling courses. Backline Avonmouth are currently recruiting experienced HGV Class 2 drivers starting asap in the Bristol area, working locally usually doing 2 – 4 drops a day, usually forked on and forked off.
*Weekly Pay – £720 a week with overtime available.*
ABOUT YOU:
* You must hold a full UK Category C Licence.
* Experience driving HGV Class 2.
* Hold a valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
* Knowledge of load security using ratchet straps and other methods.
* Good knowledge of the local area.
* Clean and professional at all times.
* Good written and spoken communication skills.
