I am recruiting for a strong Chef de Partie to work in a busy modern European restaurant in the City.You will be responsible for running a section in the kitchen, preparing sustainable dishes with seasonal ingredients.Working predominantly daytimes to around 4.30pm (there may be the odd evening event), you will be contracted to a minimum of 38 hours , but working an average of 40
