Chef De Partie required for immediate start in Newquay.
Our client is looking for a Chef De Partie to start in their luxury hotel catering exclusively for adults.
Duties to include but not limited too
- Preparing menus in collaboration with colleagues
- Ensure adequate supllies at cooking stations
- Prepare ingredients to ensure they are frequently available
- Follow guidance from senior chefs with input into how dishes can be prepared and presented
- Adhere to strict health and safety regulations
