  • Assist the Head Chef in menu development, planning, and execution
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff, ensuring high standards of performance and safety
  • Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain proper food cost controls
  • Ensure compliance with sanitation and food safety standard

  • Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in sanitation
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Culinary degree or equivalent certification is preferred, but not required
