They desire chefs who are passionate about food and can collaborate with the Head Chef and Senior Sous Chef to enhance menu offerings. The Sous Chef position offers a salary of £40,000 per annum plus approximately £2,000 in tronc, while the CDP role offers £34,000 to £36,000. Live-in accommodation is available. They are looking for chefs that are passionate about food who will be able to work alongside their current Head Chef and Senior Sous Chef to help deliver a higher level of menus.
Sous Chef:
- £40,000 pa + approximately £2,000 pa tronc
- 48 hrs per week
- Live in accommodation is available either temporary or permanent
CDP:
- £34,000 – £36,000
- Live in accommodation is available either temporary or permanent
