Caretaker

Nottinghamshire County Council Building Cleaning Service, in collaboration with the West Bridgford Registration office, is seeking a new Caretaker. This role requires flexible hours, overseeing cleaning, maintenance, and various caretaking services to benefit both customers and staff. Candidates should possess a keen attention to detail and practical DIY skills. The position involves split shifts, some weekend work, and key holder responsibilities for site security. Nottinghamshire County Council Building Cleaning Service, in conjunction with West Bridgford Registration office require a new Caretaker. Working flexible hours, you will be required to oversee the cleaning of the W/B Registration, maintain the building and offer a range of caretaking services for the benefit of customers and staff. You should have a keen eye for detail and be able to demonstrate a practical knowledge of DIY skills. Working a split shift and some weekend work necessary within the time frame, you will be a key holder with responsibility for securing the site. You will be expected to deliver the full range of caretaking, maintenance, janitorial and occasional cleaning duties.
