We are a friendly team in a good location, near Westcliff train station, we have a “good” rating with CQC in all areas. We have been established for over 20 years and are very proud of our beautifully presented home. We are medium sized home and we look after adults of all ages. Supporting individuals with Mild to Moderate Mental Health needs to lead fulfilling lives.
We are recruiting for full-time Night shifts, 10hrs, start at 21.00hrs and finish at 07.00hrs on rota basis, including some weekend.

To provide a high quality of care and support for people with varying mental health illnesses and/or behaviours.
To maximise the recovery and skills potential of each individual providing person centered care.
To deliver the highest possible standards of care and support in a professional manner at all times.
