ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Care Home Assistant at a Barchester care home, you’ll carry out a range of tasks that help us provide the quality care our residents deserve. No two days will be the same as you take on diverse responsibilities across care, housekeeping and catering. You’ll get plenty of variety and will be able to develop a broad range of skills along the way. You’ll need some experience in care, housekeeping or catering, but we’ll provide all the training you need to thrive with us.
