Due to continued growth and expansion, we are currently recruiting for a Care and Compliance Assistant to work along side the registered Manager across Northamptonshire
Candidates must possess a relevant Health and Social Care Diploma (or equivalent) at level 4 and ideally have or be working towards RMA Level 5 or above. Prospective candidates must have at least 3 years’ experience in a similar position and be able to work flexibly and hold a full clean UK Driver’s License.
You should be able to demonstrate competence and understanding of CQC Regulatory Requirements, be quality driven, have strong literacy, communication and computer skills and have the knowledge and experience to effectively manage staff teams.
Candidates will be expected to participate at corporate and company events throughout the year
This is a full-time salaried position; salary will be negotiable depending on qualifications and experience.
The renumeration package includes company pension scheme and fully paid holiday entitlements along with the chance to work in Northamptonshire’s leading care provider.

Responsibilities:
– Oversee and manage all aspects of the business with the Registered Manager
– Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
– Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure high-quality care
– Supervise and support a team of caregivers and other staff members and deputy managers
– Conduct regular assessments of clients’ needs and develop care plans
– Coordinate with healthcare professionals to provide appropriate medical care
– Provide medication administration and ensure proper documentation
– Monitor the overall well-being and safety of clients
– Maintain accurate records and documentation
Full time, flexible hours, weekend work- 40 hours a week over 7 days
Qualifications:
– Level 4/5
– Previous experience in home care or a similar healthcare setting is required
– Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Knowledge of medication administration protocols and procedures
– Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards in the home care industry
– Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve effectively
