135Job Description:Call Centre Agent
Location – Middlesbrough – some home working available after a qualifying period
Start date – Several start dates throughout January and February 2024
Hours – full time, 37.5 hours between 7am-11pm Monday-Sunday
The role:
As a Call Centre Agent, you will be first point of contact for our clients’ customers.

  • Dealing with a variety of queries, escalations and complaints.
  • Taking between 70 – 90 calls a day – some can be very quick.
  • You will be a keen listener, hearing customers queries, offering immediate solutions, managing their objections to come to a resolution or escalating where necessary.
  • You will effectively solve queries to come to a suitable solution for customers and the client.

What we are looking for:

  • Call centre skills are key – whether this has been in retail, hospitality, recruitment or call centres, we would be keen to hear from you!
  • Motivated
  • Problem solving skills
  • Great listening and empathy skills
