– duties: Dealing with a range of clients mostly UK based.
Booking flights, car hire, rail and hotels using Galileo.
Problem solving, making amendments, dates changes, re-issues etc.

– Skills required: Previous business Travel consultant experience Great Galileo knowledge is essential.
Experience with reissuing manual tickets is essential Outstanding Customer Service skills Additional Information: Home based Working hours
– 20.00
– 08.00, working 9 hour or 10 hour days.
There could be flexibility around these working hours Working 4 days on and 3 days off.
Paying £34K 15% pay uplift between 22.00
– 08.00, approx £2-3K extra a month Training
– 2 weeks in Birmingham, 1 week at home and 1 week in Birmingham.
