Pay Rate: £12.81 per hour
We are currently recruiting for a dedicated Business Support Administrator to join our client’s team for a short-term assignment until 31/03/2024. Based in the office at Peffermill, this role offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the service with data cleansing to facilitate a seamless transition to a new system.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to clients, families, and professionals, handling a diverse range of inquiries.
- Process referrals for services efficiently.
- Coordinate appointments for installation, maintenance, and repair visits.
- Manage the processing of repair and uplift requests.
- Maintain and update the Alarm Receiving Centre Database and Device Management Platforms.
- Collaborate with various departments, including Transactions and Housing, as well as external suppliers.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in administration.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle a variety of tasks in a dynamic work environment.
Successful candidates will be required to undergo a basic disclosure for this post (cost: £25).
