Business Development Manager – Luxury Entertainment Concept
Location: London
Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 + Bonus

Our client has an exciting opportunity for a proactive Business Development Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will report to the Head of Sales and Reservations and work alongside Sales & Events Managers, ensuring plenty of support in a fun and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head of Sales with sales strategies and upcoming plans
- Drive sales for the venue with a focus on corporate bookings
- Attend networking events to generate new leads
- Manage key client relationships
- Use initiative to think outside the box to boost sales
- Help increase brand awareness
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a BDM role within the leisure, entertainment, or competitive socialising sectors
- Strong business development background with proven success in a proactive role
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Great team player
- Ability to work independently as the BDM role is standalone
- Experience in developing a new concept, ideally within a start-up environment
