Business Development Manager – Luxury Entertainment Concept

Location: London
Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 + Bonus

Super excited to be helping this emerging brand with this new role!

Our client has an exciting opportunity for a proactive Business Development Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will report to the Head of Sales and Reservations and work alongside Sales & Events Managers, ensuring plenty of support in a fun and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Head of Sales with sales strategies and upcoming plans
  • Drive sales for the venue with a focus on corporate bookings
  • Attend networking events to generate new leads
  • Manage key client relationships
  • Use initiative to think outside the box to boost sales
  • Help increase brand awareness

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a BDM role within the leisure, entertainment, or competitive socialising sectors
  • Strong business development background with proven success in a proactive role
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Great team player
  • Ability to work independently as the BDM role is standalone
  • Experience in developing a new concept, ideally within a start-up environment
