Business Development Manager – Contract Catering
Location: Midlands
Salary: Up to £60,000 + Package
My client is on the hunt for a Business Development superstar to join the education team. Reporting into the Sales director you will work closely on the successful acquisition of new business and retention. You will have a clear understanding of the market and its trends in order to be a true sector specialist.
You will ideally have experience in Education Contract Catering business development, but other sales backgrounds will be considered. Culture fit and an understanding of the company’s ethos is essential. An excellent communicator and great proven seller is called for.
The Candidate:
- Dynamic
- Passionate and creative individuals
- Excellent understanding of sales and ideally the sales process within Contract Catering
- Demonstrate experience in negotiations and tender process
- Evidence of new business won, and contract retention would be desirable
- Culture fit is of the utmost importance
- Ambitious and Driven
- Looking for a great, proven seller
- You will need to be located in the Midlands
