A Bodyshop Manager position is currently available in Kettering, offering a basic salary of £45,000 – £55,000 depending on experience and an OTE salary of £60,000 – £65,000+ with a profit-related bonus. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operations of an automotive accident repair centre. Job Description:Bodyshop Manager

• Basic Salary: Circa £45,000 – £55,000 Depending on Experience
• OTE Salary: £60,000 – £65,000+ (Profit Related Bonus)
• Car allowance = £500 per month
• Monday-Friday 08:00am – 17:00pm 
• No weekends contracted

We are currently recruiting for a Bodyshop Manager to join our Client based in Kettering.

Working for an Automotive Accident Repair Centre, the successful Bodyshop Manager will be responsible for looking after all operations of this bodyshop which has decades of experience within the industry.

Our Client is offering the successful Bodyshop Manager On Target Earnings of circa £65,000.

The hours of work for this Bodyshop Manager role are Monday-Friday 08:00 – 17:00 with no contracted weekends.

Bodyshop Manager Person Specification

• Have experience as a Bodyshop Manager within an Accident Repair Centre.
• Have a strong knowledge of the workings of an Automotive Bodyshop.
• Leadership Qualities and Supervisory Skills.
• An up-to-date technical knowledge and skills.
• Strong Communication skills with the ability to understand customer expectations.

The responsibilities of this Bodyshop Manager role are

• Ensuring that all vehicles entering the site for repair receive the highest level of attention.
• Ensuring as a Bodyshop Manager you motivate the team to take pride in their work and ensure a first-time fix.
• Maintaining effective relationships with colleagues, insurers, and manufacturers
• Taking responsibility for P&L of the Bodyshop
