A London-based architectural design studio is seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator to join their team. The coordinator will support various design teams within the studio, working closely with the BIM Manager. The position offers excellent career development opportunities, a hybrid working policy, and the chance to work with a large AJ100 studio. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Revit and previous experience as a BIM Coordinator in the UK. They must also possess strong communication skills and the ability to provide support and training to architects. The role includes commuting to Central London four days a week and working from home one day a week. The salary range is £40,000 to £50,000 per annum.

This position will be joining their well-established BIM team, helping to support a variety of design teams across a larger Architectural practice with the support of the team and BIM Manager. Role
You will be supporting the Architectural team in their daily use of Revit
Reporting directly to the BIM Manager
Creating Revit Families
Clash detection on Architectural models
Supporting the rest of the BIM team
Provide regular updates and reports for the Project leads
Producing Technical packages in Revit
Training company wide staff in the use of Revit
Providing on-going project support to Architectural design teams
You will be required to commute to Central London 4 days a week, working on a Hybrid schedule with 1 day1 a week working from home
Requirements
- Degree Qualified or equivalent in a relevant field such as Architecture or BIM Management
- Expert Revit ability
- Previous experience working as a BIM Coordinator in the UK is essential
- Confident in providing support and training to Architects
- Excellent communication is a must (written and verbal English)
