Job Summary by the Career Balance Team:
A local company in Swindon is seeking bilingual customer support agents to join their team. The positions available include a French and English speaker, a Portuguese, Spanish, and English speaker, and a French or Portuguese or Spanish and English speaker. The main duties of these roles will be to provide online support to customers, respond to queries about their devices, and input information into the system in English. Fluency in English and one or more of the other mentioned languages, as well as strong customer service skills and IT proficiency, are required. Immediate start is available for the right candidate.

Job Description: Bilingual Customer Support
Location: Swindon
Job Type: Ongoing Temp, Full-Time, Monday – Friday, 37.5hrs per week.
Pay Rate: £11.53/hour
We are proud to be supporting a local company in sourcing bilingual customer support agents to join their friendly and growing team.
The positions that we are currently recruiting for are:
1 x French and English speaker
1 x Portuguese, Spanish and English speaker
1 x French or Portuguese or Spanish and English speaker (slightly different shift pattern)
Job Duties:
The main purpose of these roles will be to provide online support to customers, responding to queries regarding their devices and then inputting information onto the system in English.
Required Experience/ Qualifications:
To be considered in this position, you will need to be fluent in English and one of more of the other languages mentioned above (French, Spanish or Portuguese)
You will also have strong customer service skills and will be confident using different IT programs. (Training will be provided on internal systems).
