Our highly motivated, independent Franchisees provide exceptional customer service by taking Autosmart’s first-class vehicle cleaning products to a diverse range of trade customers. Our Customer Service Advisors, are part of our success helping us to strengthen relationships with our franchisees.
We are now looking for an experienced and highly motivated, bilingual, customer service focused individual to join our team, in a dynamic role, where you will utilise your bilingual speaking skills and excellent communication skills, to support and build strong business relationships with existing franchisees and customers in both the UK and France. Your work will make a difference from day one. Your French work will also include supporting our French marketing programme.
Our Customer Service Advisor will be fluent in both English and French language:
• Be the first point of contact for our franchisees, customers and consumers responding to queries and offering support, by phone and email
• Build strong relationships with our franchisees both in the UK and France
• Respond to technical questions, handle orders, resolve complaints and manage your own customer related projects
• Support colleagues and team members with other French country-specific activities which will include supporting our French marketing programme
• Visit our French office from time to time
Our Customer Service Advisor will have:
• Bilingual skills in both French and English
• Experience in a telephone-based customer service role
• Excellent communication skills with a calm, composed manner with a positive, ‘will-do’ attitude
• Customer relationship/customer account management experience
• Experience in handling technical or product related customer queries
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• An eagerness for problem solving, improvements and delivering solutions
• Confident IT skills including MS office
