Once a support package is established, the bespoke support worker will provide daily trauma-informed assistance as outlined in the child's care plan. Their responsibilities include meeting the child's everyday needs, promoting safety and well-being, and protecting the child from harm. This support encompasses cooking meals, helping the child or young person maintain a clean and tidy bedroom, and ensuring overall care and support are effectively delivered.
