Once a support package is established, the bespoke support workers will be tasked with delivering daily trauma-informed assistance as outlined in the child's care plan. Their responsibilities will include addressing the child's everyday needs, ensuring their safety and well-being, and protecting them from harm. This will involve cooking meals, helping the child or young person maintain a clean and tidy bedroom, and ensuring a supportive environment overall.
