Many young people at Feltham have faced challenging beginnings, with difficulties in school and chaotic home environments hindering their opportunities. Despite these setbacks, they are still in their formative years and can thrive with appropriate support. The organisation is seeking a qualified vocational teacher, holding PGCE, QTS, or QTLS qualifications, to help these young individuals build confidence, acquire new skills, and take pride in their achievements. The role offers a chance to make a significant positive impact on their lives.
Many of the young people youll work with at Feltham have had a tough start in life. School didnt work out. Home life was chaotic. Opportunities were limited or never came at all.
But theyre still young. And with the right support, they can build confidence, learn skills, and take pride in something real.
