A new bakery, GAIL's, is set to open in August and is seeking full-time baristas who are passionate about coffee and teamwork. Candidates should be adaptable, positive, and dedicated to delivering high-quality specialty coffee. In return for their hard work and reliability, baristas will receive several benefits, including free food and drink during shifts, discounts when off duty, a pension scheme, and access to a 24-hour GP service. GAIL's also offers development programmes and apprenticeship opportunities, including a 'Hospitality Barista Level 2' qualification, alongside a twice-yearly pay review.
