Bar Supervisor

The primary role of the Bar Supervisor is to support the Club House Manager in ensuring the efficient operation of the food and beverage services within the club. In the absence of the manager, the supervisor is responsible for maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for members and customers, guaranteeing an exceptional customer experience, and overseeing the bar staff's performance. Candidates should possess at least two years of experience in hospitality, a positive attitude, and strong people skills. While Food Safety Level 2 and cellar experience are preferred, training will be provided for those lacking these qualifications.

The main objective as Bar Supervisor is to assist the Club House Manager in the daily smooth running of the F & B within the Club.When the Club House Manager is not on shift, you will be responsible for the Members and Customers feeling happy, welcome & always receive an excellent customer experience, along with ensuring all bar staff are undertaking their duties.The candidate must have 2 years experience within hospitality, together with a can do attitude and flexibility.Excellent customer service and confident people skills, along with a sense of humourDemonstrate a willingness to learn new skillsFood Safety Level 2 & Cellar experience required but not essential as training can be given.
