A growing independent pub company is seeking passionate Bar Staff and Supervisors for their newly refurbished establishment, The Acorn in Barking. They aim to provide exceptional service and quality, and are looking for individuals who take pride in their work and can ensure a great dining experience for customers. Responsibilities include delivering excellent customer service, collaborating with management on sales and marketing, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring smooth operational performance. The position offers a salary between £23,000 and £27,000 per year, performance bonuses, and additional benefits, including accommodation availability.

Calling all Passionate Bar Staff & Supervisors… We’re a growing, independent Pub Company who are looking for experienced Bar Staff & Supervisors to join the team at our recently refurbished pub, The Acorn in Barking.
Our aim is to deliver top quality service & standards at every opportunity and we are looking for a Chef who is equally as passionate about delivering exceptional service and quality at all times. We are looking forpeople whotake pride in their work and who will strive to ensure that every customer leaves the pub having had a great dining experience, whatever the occasion.
Our Team are the most important part of our pubs so we want people who are passionate about delivering great hospitality for our customers, who are excited by working in a fast paced environment, and who enjoy being part of an energetic team. An eye for detail and a passion for quality are also important in this role.
Outline of Responsibilities:
- Deliver Great Customer Service for Customers at all times
- Work with GM on Sales & Marketing plans to help drive Sales
- Maintain Cleanliness & Hygiene Standards throughout the pub
- Ensure smooth operational performance before, during & after service
- Work closely with Kitchen Team to ensure smooth food service
