Bar Operations Manager

My client owns and operates two late-night venues in the centre of Cheltenham and they are looking to add a Bar Operations Manager to the leadership team.

What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the Bar Operations Manager:
- Manage day-to-day operations of two venues
- Ensure venues adhere to current compliance and regulations
- Undertake project work as part of the business growth and development
Required Skills and Qualifications of the Bar Operations Manager:
- First-class verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organised with exceptional time-management
- Be genuinely passionate about delivering the highest levels of customer service
- Prior experience in a similar role, ideally within a premium environment
