The shift pattern includes a rota of working Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday in the first week, followed by Wednesday and Thursday in the second week, from 10 PM to 10 AM. The hourly rate is £12.87, with overtime paid at £19.30. Responsibilities include picking, packing, quality checking, loading and unloading, operating automated lines, labelling, and palletising, as well as performing other general warehouse duties.
