Assistant Service Manager required for our Client’s Commercial Prestige Main Vehicle Dealership Group based in the Exeter area.
Our Automotive Commercial Prestige Main Vehicle Dealership Client is currently seeking a skilled Assistant Service Manager to manage their busy Commercial Service Department.
For your hard work as a Assistant Service Manager for our Client you can expect a salary of £37,000.
The hours of work in this Assistant Service Manager position are Monday to Friday with 1 in 5 Saturday Mornings / 43.5 hour working week.
Responsibilities as a Assistant Service Manager for our Client
- A Customer Service orientated Assistant Service Manager who is able to coach the service team to deliver only the best Customer Service
- Organised and the ability to think on your feet
- Innovative with the ability to think of new methods to drive performance through your team
- Target focused and can drive a team of Service Professionals to success
Requirements of this Assistant Service Manager Role
- Experience managing Technicians and Service Advisors
- Experience with Kerridge is beneficial
- Technically minded
- Ability to get things done without compromising on Service delivered.
