The Role:
As Assistant Revenue Manager, you’ll support the Revenue Manager and Commercial team in optimising room revenue and overall profitability. This is the perfect opportunity for someone coming from a Revenue Analyst position in hotels looking for the next step.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse booking trends, occupancy levels, and competitor pricing

  • Provide actionable insights to support forecasting and pricing strategies

  • Maintain and monitor rate parity across all channels

  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and reservations to drive revenue performance

  • Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports

Ideal Revenue Analyst:

  • Currently working as a Revenue Analyst in a similar luxury environment within the hospitality industry

  • Highly analytical with a strong commercial mindset

  • Confident using PMS, RMS, and Excel (Opera/Mews/IDeaS experience a plus)

  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented approach

  • Keen interest in transitioning into a revenue-focused position
