*The Role*
As the Floor Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of the Town House Restaurant, ensuring an outstanding experience for visiting members and guests.
*Hours:* 40 hour week covering Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner
*Salary:* 33,500 + up to 2,000 Variable Service Charge per annum
*The Restaurant*
Dressed in soft shades of green and immaculately designed by Nicola Harding and Sir Frank Lowe, the Fuji Grill showcases an impressive collection of 19th-century woodblock prints depicting the world celebrated Thirty-Six Views of Mount Fuji. Featuring an elegant menu of flawless sushi, sashimi and nigiri, alongside signature Beaverbrook dishes such as ‘Charcoal’ Wagyu with Juniper Miso, or a fine selection of modern Japanese gourmet specialities with our seasonal tasting menu.
*The Person*
* Up to date on current Health & Safety legislation, food hygiene regulations and COSHH & HACCP
* Ability to lead and motivate a small team to deliver a seamless, memorable guest experience
* Immaculately presented with exceptional communication skills
* Experience in a five-star establishment, in a similar role
* Experience working within a Japanese Restaurant is ideal but not essential
