Responsibilities as the Assistant Restaurant Manager
- Supporting the day-to-day running of the hotels award-winning 3 Rosette restaurant
- Leading and inspiring the front-of-house team to deliver flawless, elevated service
- Working closely with the Restaurant Manager to drive team development and guest satisfaction
- Being hands-on during service, ensuring every guest experience is polished and memorable
- Maintaining impeccable standards of cleanliness, organisation, and attention to detail
- Bringing strong food and wine knowledge to the floor and assisting with training and mentoring
This role would suit someone with proven experience in fine dining or luxury hotel restaurants, a calm and confident approach, and a genuine passion for delivering excellence.
