We are looking for an energetic assistant manager, striving to be a part of a team and grow. We are a small independent restaurant group with a team of 100 split between 4 restaurants,with a 5th site opening soon.Each restaurant team (where you will be working) is around 16-25 people.
You will be compensated well for your work, and should the company perform well, further compensated with an additional bonus. We want you to feel financially secure, always and will do our best to help you build a future for yourself.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- To assist the restaurant manager in ensuring the restaurant operates efficiently and profitably
- Assist with the running of the restaurant, including both kitchen and front-of-house duties
- Assisting the restaurant manager with customer experience, food, and drink quality, etc.
- Health & Safety compliance with laws and legislations
