The role of Assistant Paid Search Manager will be very diverse and will involve supporting paid search, display and YouTube advertising. Supporting Seasalt’s growth in both the UK and international markets. You’ll have the responsibility of managing your own projects from start to finish, as well as working within the team.
This role will be based in Cornwall. With our blended approach to hybrid working we expect our people to work a minimum of 40% of their week from a Seasalt Office, the remaining 60% of the time will be from home (or your chosen location – however, you must be based in the UK).
This role is offered as a full-time, permanent contract.
You’ll help us by:
Supporting the Senior Digital Marketing Manager in planning, monitor and report on paid search and display advertising campaigns. Helping to deliver a mix of full funnel display and search campaigns that are well-aligned with the business strategy.
Liaising with our digital partners to successfully implement digital strategies. Assisting in the creation, briefing and execution of digital strategies for the brand and individual product lines.
Working with the wider business to deliver ad copy and ad creatives that are on-brand and impactful. Considering the full funnel marketing mix and the objective of search marketing and display advertising and the success metrics that might be used.
Presenting weekly and monthly performance of the paid search and display channels to the wider business.
Continuing to develop your digital marketing skills to ensure that you can support the digital marketing channel leads in the testing and implementation of new acquisition channels.
The skills you’ll be sharing with the team:
Experience working within paid search digital marketing channel.
Experience creating and optimising ads within the Google ads platform.
Experience of Google Analytics and search & keyword tools
Familiar with ecommerce KPIs and a clear understanding of the business impact of each metric.
Good command of Microsoft Excel
Passion for digital marketing
Team player with effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexible, pro-active and open to change.
Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload.
Attention to detail.
Ability to use initiative
