127Job Description:*We are looking for exceptional Assistant Managers at Sticks’n’Sushi!*

* 40- 43k per annum inclusive of tronc (every penny of the service charge is shared between the team in the restaurant)*
*Full-time role, 45 hours a week*

*About the role*

The right attitude is a must, experience is not always the most important thing. The ideal Assistant Manager candidate will:

* Be fluent in English
* Have already been working as a Floor Manager or Assistant Manager in a busy environment
* Have an eye for detail; always upholding the highest standards and ensuring every shift is in the very safest pair of hands.
* Be a great leader who really cares about people. Your nurturing approach will make coaching and developing other members of the team a natural focus.
* Have a ‘Ja Tak’ attitude (Ja Tak is a Danish phrase meaning “Yes, Thank you”)
