We’re looking for an dynamic and personable Assistant Manager to join the leadership team in Surrey’s at one of well established premium gastropubs. If you’ve got experience as an AGM or senior manager in a busy, food-focused venue and you’re ready for your next challenge, this could be the perfect fit.

Your role will include:

Supporting the General Manager in running day-to-day operations

Maintaining top-tier service and driving customer satisfaction

Leading, coaching, and energising the front of house team

Collaborating with the kitchen on new menu launches and smooth service delivery

Running seamless shifts from opening to close
