Assistant General Manager – £60,000 – NEW Venue
The Role:
Would you like to be a part of a new opening? Are you passionate and creative?
We are looking for experienced AGMs to join a fantastic and expanding group, and to be a part of a large new opening! It’s an exciting time to join! You MUST have experience within high-volume venues.
You will be supporting with:
- Developing a high performing and engaged team
- Ensuring a world class environment and service for our guests
- Ensuring brand standards are met in all areas
- Ensuring compliance in H&S and security
- Working closely to deliver agreed goals and initiatives
- Performing duty manager shifts and overseeing departments
- Delivering a successful financial business performance
Who are we looking for?
- Previous senior management experience in a high-volume wet led venue
- Commitment to excellence in team development and engagement
- Passionate about world class guest experiences
- Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- Willingness to travel for training and development
- Strong understanding and experience managing budgets & P&L’s
- Committed to your personal development
