A top-tier restaurant client is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in daily operations. This role includes managing all departments, leading staff, budgeting, and implementing strategic plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Service: Deliver outstanding service and ensure compliance with standards.
• Operations: Oversee daily operations, ensure smooth communication, and maintain hygiene standards.
• Team Leadership: Lead and manage teams, conduct meetings, handle recruitment, and perform performance reviews.
• Financial Management: Assist in business planning, analyse financial performance, and manage resources.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and promote sustainable practices.

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience in a similar role within the restaurant industry – fine dining!
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent organisational and financial management abilities.
• Polished individual
• WSET level 2 min
