About the Role as Assistant Centre Manager:

• As the Assistant Service Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the service department.
• You will support the Service Manager in ensuring the efficient, effective, and safe completion of all service activities, maintaining high standards of customer service and team management.
• This role requires strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of automotive services, and a commitment to excellence.

Requirements of the Assistant Centre Manager

• Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
• Customer Focus: Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Organisational Skills: Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Health & Safety: Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to automotive services.
