A growing pub group in the Midlands and East Midlands is seeking an Area Manager to oversee operations in the region. The role involves managing back-of-house and front-of-house duties, maintaining brand standards, and ensuring financial performance. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing sites with high weekly turnover and a background in the pub-restaurant industry. They should be a proactive problem solver and a passionate hospitality leader. The company offers great benefits and is focused on providing excellent customer service in a relaxed environment.

Job Description:

My client is looking to bring in some new fresh top line talent into the business as they grow, working with a great senior team to development the company into this in chapter

The Area Manager role 

  • As Area Manager, you will be overseeing the operations across the Midlands, East Midlands, from all the back of house management duties,to the front of house management and working alongside the company’s Directors 

  • Full P and L accountability for your patch – reporting to the OD 

  • You will be responsible forbrand standards, maintenance, HR, training, individual site management, customer feedback and financial performances  


The Area ManagerPerson 

  • A proactive problem solver – think outside the box 

  • We are looking for a passionate, inspirational hospitality leader who is looking to take that next step in their career.MUST COME FROM A PUB – RESTAURANT BACKGROUND 

  • Experience managing sites with over 18/25kweekly turnover – this is essential  

  • You will be a food and drink lover, with high standards and attention to details but also fun, enthusiastic and hard working  

  • Experience Area/Operations Manager and multi sites experience will be a must!
