We are looking for an experienced and motivated Team Leader to join our crew. The right candidate will lead day to day site operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery of all aspects of tree surgery. You’ll manage a small team, liaise with clients on-site, and set the standard for professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate a team of arborists and ground staff. Carry out climbing, pruning, dismantling, and felling to industry standards. Ensure safe working practices and compliance with health & safety. Manage and maintain a positive client experience on-site. Support training and development of team members.
Requirements:
Minimum NPTC/LANTRA certifications: CS30, CS31, CS38, CS39 (or equivalent).
Proven climbing and rigging experience, with 6 of years working in the industry. Full UK driving licence (B+E preferred). Strong leadership and communication skills. Positive attitude with commitment to teamwork and safety.
CS40/41, MEWP, First Aid +F. Previous team leader or foreman experience. Experience operating a chipper, stump grinder & MEWP. Good knowledge of tree species and industry pruning techniques.

Pay: £34,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
